SCM Business Services LLC collects information regarding our clients in a variety of ways.  These may include business name(s), owners, employee names, addresses, social security numbers, business and personal income, bank account and credit card numbers, financial status (including assets, liabilities, investments, etc.), information from personal financial statements, various applications, insurance documents, payment history, legal issues, and other information necessary to serve you.  We consider all of this data personal and private information.

We may disclose some or all of this information with outside sources, but only upon your verbal or written consent – or if legally required to comply with subpoena or other legal process.  Your authorization allows information to be shared with financial institutions, investors, insurance auditors, tax preparers, federal or state agencies, insurance companies, vendors, or any other firm or individual as directed.

Safeguarding Personal Information
SCM Business Services LLC has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to maintain strict control and confidentiality of all personal documents we have in our possession.  These include personnel non-disclosure agreements, building security, information technology security measures, and various internal passwords, firewalls, and virus protection software.

Informing Us NOT to Share Information
If you decide to retract authorization to share information, please contact us via email, telephone, or in person during regular business hours.

SCM Business Services LLC may choose to change or modify this policy at any time.  This personal information privacy policy applies to all current and former clients.  This policy is regulated by law, Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
